Dear Family,
I hope things are still going well and that Cameron has recovered from the swine flu.
Friday we were able to get a service project approved for the mother of one of our investigators. Apparently it wasn't clear to the mother when we were coming over though. We were with the Elder's quorum and we were going to replace a porch. We started hacking away at the old rotten one when the mother came outside and asked what was going on. We hadn't met the mother before but a member there who was coordinating the project knew her. He explained who we were and assured her that our labor was free. Elder Wall and I were worried for a second - we thought we had the wrong house for a few minutes, until it was cleared up by the member. That would have been bad if we had torn up a stranger's deck.
